    Actually, dictionary.com for DRONE says "any unmanned aircraft or ship that is guided remotely" Since you mention gyro's in planes, doesn't that make it operate autonomously, without human control? Sure does.

    Nice, I have gimbals on my quads, but not on my plane yet, thought about it though as I have a spare one sitting around.. Ive done 5 miles, the chance of loosing it is whats exciting I guess. haha. Ive passed on a couple hunter uav options, hoping the right one comes along one of these days....

    600' is bigger than both the fields Im flying at in the videos, I think one is 300' other is 400' or so
