Aeroplus rc and pro-rc

Made it today for a couple of flights with the mxs-r been over 5 months since I've flown it because I was having to much fun with my aeroplus yak and aeroplus edge this summer lol. Even had a close encounter with a full size helicopter the dink was only 200 feet off the ground and flew right over us while I was in the air lol. 0 degrees c here today but no wind. Couple inches of snow on the runway. Made for some stol take off and landings lol.

My job is working outside so 0 Celsius in the sun with no wind is great weather lolol. I see -40 to -58 Celsius lots in Alberta and I stand outside in it for 8-12 hours lol. The last pic is the boots I actually wear at work

Holy smokes. What kind of job do you have that requires you to stand outside in such temps and what bet did you lose that forced you to get it?!

I bet those boots ain't cheap.

Lol life in the oil patch. The boots only cost about 230$ can. I operate one of these

We lucked out. We saw -3c and no wind for today so we grabbed the plow truck from the fish farm and cleaned the runway off. Great weather. Pretty rusty wow.2 flights on the kcs today.
