Received an email the Lazer 230 is on it's way. Also heard from Tim that the cowl is indeed 13 inches wide. At 13" the valve covers will be against the cowl, there is no real heat there so I could use the foam we make baffles with as a spacer/ baffle all in one. Yea! I like that idea.

Really! Really! Fine, but I can't say when it is going to happen. Yesterday I bought a 12x24 shed to nearly double the shop space, it get's here tomorrow. After transferring everything out of the current one, so it can be moved, it has to be placed against the new one. Then I have to bolt them together, open them up to one another, insulate, electrify, drywall and finish them. Then build a patio off the back side and install the lean-tos to the right side. But!!!!! And that is a big butttttt, I may do the Laser assembly before I get started on all that.
If I do the Laser first it would be next week and if that happens I'll do the assembly posting and it will be here. I'm not cluttering up another thread for it.

If you have seen the pics of the shop, it is getting moved around the right corner and will be closer to the run way. It will also be in the shade most of the day and also closer to my coming and going from the house. Just trying to clean the place up a bit and getting more space is a by product. I had the shop scheduled to be moved tomorrow but there is just to much stuff in it and no where to put it for the move, so, buy another and double the space sounded like a good way to go.

Ok I am in on this build. And let’s understand in my neck of the woods 12 by24 is a garage not a shed a shed is less than a 100 square feet or else you pay big time tax. So that will make for nice big work shop for building and assembly. Just to let you know the person that was with me at JoeNall his name is Mike, well he has decided to tear down his double garage next to the house and build a new garage. This new garage will be 32 by 64 feet and 15 feet tall. He was tired of his small work shop and decided he needed something a little better. The floor is going to heated with hot water so that it is comfortable in shop during the winter. So he and I will be busy this summer getting it built before the winter arrives.

That is not a shop that is a warehouse. I think my 24x26, when the two are put together, will be more than sufficient for what I do.
Shipping shows the Laser getting here on Saturday and all the supplies on Friday. By the way, I bought one of Terryscustom airplane stands. With the size of this one I don't want to be man handling it besides the stand will make any of the ARF's easier to work on.

Everything I ordered was delivered today except the Laser but I did get a call today from R&L carriers to confirm a Tuesday delivery time. So, Tuesday will be the day. And I have decided to wait on doing the move of the shed until I have the Laser ready to fly. The other half is here and waiting, it won't hurt anything for both of them to wait.
