In that instance I used the stock plastic arms with the CF extensions attached. If you are going to use aluminum arms you shouldn't need CF extensions.

Edit: I didn't get the whole question in my mind on the first pass lol. The round aluminum arms should work great with the CF extensions. The issue was with the connection to the servo spline stripping out.
