Might as well ask this question here..the plane is the EF 91 Extra



I currently have a Xoar 26x12 beechwood, but feel I maybe it's too much pitch.



Getting a lot of differing opinions,some say 27x10, 26x10...what say you?

Your not gonna hurt the engine running that prop. If you are happy with the flight performance that it gives than run it. If you want more vertical than go with the 26x10 and more braking than the 27x10 would be the ticket.
