From the Flying Field — UMX P-51D Mustang

Today was a great day to be at the flying field, the sun was out, and almost no wind at all! We flew several airplanes for future issues of MAN and Electric Flight, including the new UMX P-51D Mustang. This micro warbird from E-Flite comes out of the box ready to fly and it is a BNF so I bound it to my Spektrum DX9 transmitter for the flight report. With a 19 inch span, it is also equipped with the AS3X flight stabilization system so you know it is a smooth flyer. You supply your own 7.4V 2S Lipo flight battery.
