I just charge mine with helium. Nice and light when they puff.

I usually just saw my packs in half if they feel to heavy. Saves you money you dont have to buy lighter packs

You could always mount them over the cg point and that way no matter if they're charged or not the cg won't be affected!

Believe you me, when i tell you this,

we had one dumb politician in one of the states, who said, water lost its juice and crops aren't fetching usual yield, coz of the hydro electric project upstream, which took all the life out of the water (implying water is lighter now..Now that it has lost its mah, mah=lighter=lighter that can light a cigarette)

I charhe my packs fully, and then inject helium into the wings.

I just fly a battery, speedo, and motor. Getting rid of the airframe saved a TON of weight. And, I saved 15% by switching to Geico.
