Working on fitting the cowl.

Glassed the cowl split today. I think, waiting on the epoxy to cure. Messy job.........

I love Amazon. An idea, then a few hours later......... I bought this cable sleeving (3 sizes) for a few bucks just to isolate the engine ignition wire.

More cowl fitting. A couple of screws to hold the lower half in place. I'll move the cowl a little more forward.

Just checking the plans. Looks fine. I've got 'play' in the location I think.

Pretty cool seeing the new fiberglass backplate fitting perfectly.

Yes, just getting a rough install fit and mounted. I will add baffles then keep cutting the cowling.
