Ever so slowly wrapping the aluminum shroud. Trimming to fit is not easy. I think more trimming is needed.

Gone for a week watching baseball, other hobbies, squeezing in a couple of rounds of golf before my knee replacement, work and other distractions and it's been a few weeks.........

Stuck on where to trim the windshield. It's slightly bigger than ideal but I'm going with it.

I suspect some of the problem is the fairing should be on the outside rather the the inside.

Tony, what do you mean by fairing?

The curved things under the windshield, look at the photo, see the fairing butt against the windshield, not under it. Zoom in on this photo.

Tony, is this the fairing your speaking of?

Yest that is it, zoomin on the second photo I sent and you can see that the fairing is not flat but humps up. The balsa under the windshield is not there on the full scale, only on the outside. Here's another view.
