question for anyone on a tool to do a job

Anyone have any ideas on what tool i can use to do this job.

This is a KS95 canister, rear dump.
it barely clears the bottom of the fuselage, by maybe 1 cm.

i want to add a stinger extension.

the rear dump stinger of the canister has a 21 mm OD.

this stinger extension, from spot on rc, is made for the KS95 canister, states it fits it, and it measures an ID of 20.2 mm

how can i enlarge the extension ID?

i do not want to sand down the KS canister stinger, as i do not want to weaken any aspect of it.

To get a nice uniform diameter I'd opt for a 21mm reamer. The reamer will follow the existing bore of the hole versus a drill that could cut off-center. Do you know anyone with a machine shop?

I'd use the Dremel as Jody mentioned. I bet that reamer will cost more than the extensions. I used black thin wall Teflon tubing from McMaster Carr.
