The bottom of the wing is the very top most portion of the texture, the big blank white area. You can export one of the stock schemes to give you a general idea of where the outline is. Same goes for the bottom of the elevator.

The tops are pretty clear because they have the GSN logo and the red stripe, the rudder is also pretty visible.
