This part went well and looks like did a lot of work but it went quit quickly and everything fitted up nicely and it is square and parallel.

I have. A question concerning shear webs for the wing. Should the shear webs be glued up against the sides of the spar or glued in between the spars, and reason why.

I glue to the sides for two reasons, it is easier to fit the webs and the webs don't need to be precise, so what if it is 1/16" short? Two the glue area is muck larger, two times the thickness of spar ( normally 1/4") verses two times the area of shear web (normally 1/8"or less). Another consideration is lap glue joints are stronger than butt glue joints.

My thoughts on it. Yes agree that it much easier to do and quicker. When the shear weds are glued on the sides as you have said you are depending on the glue joints to keep the two spars square and separated. But when the shear weds are fitted in between the spars you do not have to depend on the glue joints the Spars compress directly onto the shear webs the glue only needs to hold it in place. Final thought is worth all the work to fit the shear webs and is it really any stronger. Also the strength also depends on how well the shear webs are fitted. Nice to just talk about it.

Ok the servo tray is installed for the flap servo. An extra piece of bass wood installed under the tray to give the servo screws more wood to bit into flap servos need a lot of support.

The end of the tube sleeve support is done and the end stop also installed this should give the end of the tube good support and distribute the load from the end of the tube into the wing.

@TonyHallo
The main spars the shear webs are fitted and slid into place. If you look at the picture you will see a secondary set of wing spars. They are 3/8 x 1/4 do you think I should add shear webs to secondary wing spars as well. I believe it will add a lot of strength rigidity and also prevent twisting in the wing.
