ETOC goes on at the same time, but I have never made it to that. I always airline in and out the same day. Looks like a lot of exciting stuff at this years show. It is the next event on my RC calendar. I will be posting some content from the show for the site.

Opps I better fix that! I will be down Friday as it is just a couple hours away. I think this will be an extremely good show for sure. The idea for this post was maybe to compile a list of things to look for. Especially the things we might overlook. Maybe have a short meet up to put faces to the names if anyone is interested.

Had a good time at the Toledo show today. Had lunch with [MENTION=2280]Dr. Gonzo[/MENTION] and [MENTION=769]dth7[/MENTION]. I must admit that I flat out ran out of time as they basically kicked us out. I missed a few excellent vendors like GP Engines, Buddy RC (Daren made it there though), and Innov8tive Designs. I got a few photos of some of the more interesting 3D stuff. First off I know there is another thread on this, but the Redwing MXSbach was the biggest surprise to me. Tim says they might be available as soon as June.

It is a hybrid design mixing the best of the two designs.

Also picked up a few of his new wing locks to try.

Aeroworks had two new planes to show off. A 50cc and 100cc variant on the Extra 260 Freestyle QB-L. They say it gets 65 degrees of elevator deflection.

Spent lots of time at AJ aircraft. He says they are in the build. Might be available by the end of May. Won't be ready by Nall. I will post more about them later in the AJ thread.

OMP had a very pretty 60" sbach.

Hitec had final production versions of the two planes I saw WRAM. The Shark and Pilatus.

RCGF had a full line of engines on display. This is whom made the 26cc beam mount motor I am using on my Velox.
