Still sick so still no beer for me. Weigh-in at the Dr office has me down 13lbs. Normally 200lbs it's starting to show. Maybe next week.

Had to chaperone a fifth grade dance tonight and didn't get home till late. I'll just have to double up on beers tomorrow night.
