    Pulse hole is on both side so you can flip the carb either way

    After reading though the whole thread, it sure sounds like a plugged or partially plugged pulse port to me, especially since it still starts fairly easy assuming after its choked.

    Have you tried a new hall sensor, a bad sensor can do weired things that seem like fuel issues
