    Nice to final hear something! If you purchased the radio through a dealer like myself you would not receive an email. Just sending out an email is silence to some customers.

    Checked my records, actually had a large cash deposit down since early June. Now 6 months! All the JR America's new rep hype seems to have died down and they are all very quite now!

    Thanks Ryan, I am sure the 28X will be worth waiting for. I was just curious as I had not heard anything lately on the radio.

    Then why are they advertising for a service rep.on JR America's website if Horizon is doing service. Been pretty quite around JR America of late. Lots of action early spring with field rep. announcements then nothing much! Plus no replies from website email when I have inquired about radio...

    Have had a deposit down at local dealer for 4 months. Jr America does not respond back to me when I have made enquires off the website link. They just changed the website to late fall 2014 today, not counting on that!
