I am impressed, beautiful job.
Have one question after all that work you are able to pull several fuselages from the mould.

Washed the PVA out of the mold halves and put the plug back in while I put the wood to it.

Starting on the fifth coat of wax. A few more to go and I can start to the lay up. I am planning to do the vertical fin halves first, it takes a while working around the corrugations. I could the easy route and slather some thickened epoxy but I would rather work the glass around and and then vacuum bag it.

Finished the mold for the door and laid up the door. One layer of 1 1/2 ounce cloth, two layers of 5.7 ounce carbon fiber on a 45 degree bias, and a 4 ounce layer of glass cloth covered with peel ply, a homemade perforated film( Plastic drop cloth with 1/8" holes drilled) and adsorbent cloth (Blue shop towels). The breather pad is and old bath towel folded over on the back side of the mold. My pump will only pull 22" of mercury yielding about 11 psi over the surface. Thinking about affixing the door in the fuselage mold to form jam area. Once this cures and it is cut to shape I can evaluate if it feasible.
