3D Pitts 12S

I have a 26% Pitts12S short kit from Jtec Radiowave designed by Bob Trueworthy. The kit was purchased two years ago and kept in one of the bedroom closets.
I decided to start building it this new coming year so I did an inventory of everything in it.
I was dismayed to find out the motor box floor is missing. Tried reaching Al from Jtec but no response.
I’m trying to see if anyone out here knows Al or have a way of getting a Scale drawing of this missing part.
The build hasn’t started yet since it starts with the motor box.
Hopefully someone knows, seen or heard someone who knows something about this missing part.

I don’t know what kind of photo or plans you can provide but it may help. I was thinking of something either with measurements or a drawing. The kit came with a digital manual with photos. That’s it. No drawings or plans.

No plans will be tough. Maybe dry fit and measure?

I would image since it is a motor box it is square, you are missing the floor, the top should be the same width? I would also image it tabs into the sides so the minimum length would be to last tab hole, make it longer if you like, cut it out later if necessary.

I guess that will probably be all it can be done if a scale drawing is not available.

I’ll try that, thank you. Dry fit everything and figure out how this floor can be built. I image I don’t need the taps, if I use triangle balsa. It might add a bit of weight but not much to worry about. Thanks for the doughnut idea for the wing tube.
