I don't use the Mfg. supplied gaskets. Just use about a 1/8" bead of red high-temp silicone gasket maker, just SNUG the muffler bolts down and let the silicone cure then tighten the muffler bolts all the way. check bolts for tightness after the first couple runs and you are good to go...- Astrohog

Have you checked to make sure your elevator halves are precisely matched? Both in total travel as well as through their range of motion? If they are not matched, it could cause the condition you describe. Regards, Astro- Astrohog

New radio help! Programing a A Rud - Ele Mix.. Futaba.
First, you must take the back of the case off and lube those sticks so they actually move! Looks like they are corroded in place! LOL! I think I still have a couple of those as well as on old single stick laying around here somewhere, think I can send them in and convert them to 2.4...- Astrohog

Here is my belief: Most of the raffles at our events SUPPORT the event itself. In other words, without the raffle, NO EVENT! SO, if I look at my ticket purchases as a donation to SUPPORT the event and NOT, "I hope I win something", I think that I have a better chance at winning! Good...- Astrohog

Why do you love this hobby?
I grew up with two older brothers. When I was about six, they started messing around with Cox .049 CL models. I remember a Fokker Tri plane and a PT 19 trainer. That is Mt. Baker in the background and it is just shy of 11,000 ft. My field is less than a mile from the salt water and sits at 6 ft. above sea level. Good flying days start here in mid-May and end usually mid to late September. One can usually find flying days here and there...- Astrohog
