    Bunky I know plenty of people like you and some who have deliberately tried to get their batteries to catch fire and they never did but there is always that possibility of it occurring for what ever reason...I like lipos but I also realize the potential for fire could be there....never say never...

    Me too Earle...lipos on my foamy planes and I use the fire proof bags when I charge never unattended but I like Li-ions on my gassers..

    NBC news reported that several lawmakers are demanding stiffer regulations on drones and drone usage...we've all seen this coming..some of the bureaucrats they interviewed made the comment that this drone could easily have been weaponized....

    I read the Curtis Youngblood link you provided and he was charging when this happened and it seems that all the lipo fires I have heard about only occurred while charging. Were the batteries being charged in the shop fire incident? I watched the video but don't remember the captions stating so.

    Tried some of this Cream Stout last night...not bad at all....also found that Rebel IPA.Got to hand it to Sam Adams they keep changing it up.The lady at the liquor store said they keep Rebel IPA year round:big-grin: @quadracer I will make a note of that cranberry lambic and see if we have it...
