    I did notice in the video that the torque dropped off rather rapidly. I also noticed that the torque values, at the start of the pull, were inconsistant. I am not sure if all servos are that way. But something else that strikes me as odd, the video doesnt show a source for power. Are they...

    Yuri Higuchi is the cat who does that. Seen him climb to 1000' and kill the engine. Deadstick routine and with momentum on his side, shake rattle and roll the airplane to get the prop to spin over and start. He also has exploded several Comp ARFs doing this too. He found the never exceed speed!

    You don't need the static line on a rear carb. The carb is out of the way of any erratic air flow. If you are having running issues, try going back to recommended starting points.

    Naaaa, flat ribbon wire vs twisted wire doesn't change anything. Give used flat ribbon wire at 64" length and never had an issue. But tying the wires down solid and tight isn't a good thing.
