I did, one awesome plane thats for sure. I just never had the time to fly it (long story) and when I did I always felt like I had to baby it because if it went down I would not have the money to replace it. Then I started flying the 60" EF Edge and recently the EF Laser and these I can fly...

Yes I did. It worked out great and easy to mix and reverse the servos. I had three power feeds going into it as well from the Wolverine switch for redundant power. I said I did because I sold my 87". I still have the 6014 however.

Getting it up and over. I am using 7245's at 8V and even swapped a new backup servo in place. I can get it over just not at all tight. It seems to slide up and wants to turn some need aileron correction.

That's interesting you say tight KE loops. I can't get mine even close to fight. I have my rudder just about touching the elevator too. I don't remember what it measured at that spot but it is not the recommended 45 degrees. I have no problems in KE flight in fact it's great. Just can't get it...

Laser seems to handle the wind very well. Not the strongest wind that we fly in here in Texas today (8-9) but it has been unusually calm since my maiden. Hovering drift was all that was noticeable. Even slow flight for landing was pretty much unaffected. I am still all :o

So true and I tell you it keeps getting better as you dial it in. Please do try some low rate work, you will be very pleased also. I know I made the right decision here.

    60" Laser-EXP

I still struggled today with it and even though I feel like I am not delaying at the "B" as you put it I think. That is what is killing the energy I am sure. Again inverted are the bomb. So I have been thinking that inverted I do in a two position move and I may just try that tomorrow on the...

We are the same but the evening temps are dropping which makes for some dew covered ground in the AM. The plane is a mess when I am done. Just can start flying early enough with the late sunrise before work now.

    60" Laser-EXP

So this was taking in my build thread where I balanced it with fishing line around the tube and the actual line I marked on the wood is more where the red arrow is. I am now back to the yellow line. My setup again is a 4315-480 with 1/2" spacers, EF spinner, Xoar 16x7, ZTW 85A B-series on the...

    60" Laser-EXP

Just keeps getting better flying the Laser - wow. Do not be afraid to work with moving your CG back some either. I had been happy with where it was for KE coupling balance and today moved it back another 3/8" just to see and it really helped the hover and some in harrier with no changes to KE...
