Why do you use HV and / or why don't you?

    bizarre issue with airplane

That's awesome Brian. Really relieved to hear you found the issue. Nothing is more frustrating than having a little gremlin in your plane that keeps hiding from you. Good luck this weekend. Keep us posted??!! There are a ton of places you can get these from. I can't remember for sure, but I...

    bizarre issue with airplane

Just started using these verses my old way of using Radio Shack wire organizers. It was clean, but these are much nicer!

    What did you discover?

    104 Slick Elevator issue

Whoa....never seen it that bad before. Not to that extreme anyway. Normally I see a warp from the root end to the tip end. Whether it be aileron or elevator. Counter balances create a whole new meaning to the word frustration if they do not line up with the rest of the flight surface. I'd have...

    3D BH Design 50% Edge 540

I appreciate your insight Chris. And I will not stand for any attacks. Insight and knowledge far outweigh anything else. Believe me, safety is "FIRST" and foremost in my mind. That being said, here are the numbers I am working with. And these I am certain you as well as others will concur with...

    3D BH Design 50% Edge 540

That was kind of my thoughts. As I stated in an earlier post, What's the worst that can happen? A need for a larger motor?

    3D BH Design 50% Edge 540

Taking into the consideration the BH Edge calls for a 275cc recommended.... but at that weight, it comes in at 63 to 68 pounds. I'm also told that it is grossly nose heavy with that motor on it... So my line of thinking is this. Reduce the weight in the nose making it more manageable. Bring all...

Why do you use HV and / or why don't you?

I'm about where you are. The 176cc Sukhoi is about 350 per pack per flight...., the 260 a little less (2 less servos) at roughly 315 per pack per flight. But then I only run the radio off them. No smoke and no ignition.

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Sometimes you run across people like that. There have been times that this person, or that person will walk up to me and say, "You know, If you did "such and such", or "you're doing this or you're doing that wrong".... But it's these guys that are flying little glow planes in race track patterns...

I haven't seen many people do them clean and precise like that. They are so pretty when done the right way. But hey, I am just an Idaho spud wanna be 3D hucker. I doubt I will ever be able to do them the right way. LOL

Not the prettiest, but being a new airframe and still getting acquainted with it, I guess it was ok. I did get a couple that were much prettier and very good. Of course I did not get those captured. DOAH....LOL

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Just in from flying.... Now I remember what I missed about the warm weather. GREAT day of flying with my son @Shayne Epley. The oil refineries need to make me more gas. Probably burned 5 gallons between Thursday, Friday and today. At this rate, I will need my own filling station. LOL....

Ok here we go. I am going to let the cat fully outta the bag. I really wanted to do this Hemp the right way and after a lot of thinking, a lot of research and a whole lot of contemplating, I have ultimately come to my final decisions. I wanted to do something a little different than has been...
