    I love CA glue but not for edge gluing balsa for foam wing skins. It seems to make a hard line that is always visible even when covered. But I'm picky....

    Your using too much GG! :-) Love hysol but it sure gets expensive to use on everything!

    I never thought to wash my hinges before but it makes sense. I have always used Vaseline or KY on the hinge itself to keep the GG out of the hinge. The excess that spooges out is pretty easy to pick back off. It's pretty easy to get the Vaseline in the hinge if you put some in an epoxy cup...

    Wet the hole, and glue with Gorilla Glue..... CA on hinges would be a disaster I think. While it might hold good luck getting everything lined up right before it started to set up even with thick. My luck I'd have 1.5" hinge gaps. I have heard of folks using canopy glue with good success but...
