    My new 72" 3DHS Extra 330

And Expo!! I maidened my87 with no expo. It was on the other switch and in all the drama I missed it. Of course when checking for proper movements one usually doesn't check for expo. But I got it down ok and reset it.

3DHS New Products and General Plane Info/Help for Fanatics

You fly at Houston Sportflyers? Only one around Spring I know with a rug. Funny thing about arca, the south wind usually comes over your shoulder so the best standing position is center or left of the center(because of the rise on the north). A lot more runway to the north since that...

What is your setup on your 87?

I talked with Mike on his setup,(Wamsy flew it), really liking that simple setup. Even runs an IBEC off the Rx and the pair of battery's for the ignition. Yeah $200 rx but built in soft switch, 3 remotes(4 if you want), looks simple, like me! Did I read the standoff needed for a da60...

    30CC Question...

Hmmm, Pilot? :) James flew my 71 at the FLI to check out the setup, I haven't touched a thing and it hasn't flown like that since!! :)

    30CC Question...

Never flown a 58 but I think the 58 and 74 are closer. I remember Noll saying at the FLI just some tweeks to get the 58 out. Which is why it came out so quickly I guess.

What is your setup on your 87?

Thanks, So the Rx has 2 leads, is that for battery redundancy? Sort of takes the place of the smartfly? I do like the simple setup of running everything on a HV 2s lipo. This was on your 89? thanks, Rob

    30CC Question...

Big 10-4. Hope to have the 87 by then...and flying. Could be tight, have the funds, just need a plane. I'll also have my trailer build by then, so a bunch of the planes will make the trip.

What is your setup on your 87?

I'm going gas on this one. So far: DA-60 What servos, boards(smart-fly?), battery(s), etc. I figure if you are going to copy someone, might as well be a quality setup. Thanks, Rob

    30CC Question...

I have the 74 and 72 in e form. I love the Edge, wish list is a 60cc!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I can wait, going 87. 72 truely is a nice all around plane, tracks super. Edge looks super. Edge IMO more floaty than the 72. The more I fly m 72, the more I like it.
