    Primary planes charged and ready for a 75 degree day tomorrow so back to the Cub. Working on the wing struts tonight. The brass tube assemble is an adjustable dummy piece so I get the real spars cut to length properly.

    That may be the problem. Yes, I have a 220V - 3 phase rotary converter but it runs my lathe just fine. I will post a photo of the motor rating plate tomorrow. Don't you dare go away, we see each other on multiple forums.

    Looking at the mill today and was aghast at it's capabilities. The mill head can be moved forward or backwards. Tilted front to back and side to side as well as the entire head assembly can rotate clockwise/ counterclockwise. infinite options, just haven't looked at it much yet. The...

    Yes, repair of slight damage during loading of the mill earlier this year that I will get to this week. Then match up plug in and receptical outlet and I should be able to turn it on.

    Finished putting some FRP behind the mill's permanent spot. I was able to spin the 3000lb mill on the 1" pipes (carefully as I did not want it to roll off the pipes. Anyway, tentative spot up for discussion.

    Another couple of hours doing ceiling work. Not a lot to post a photo of but we need content here on this website. Doesn't hurt to limit myself to a couple of hours as I'm stuffing insulation on top as I go. Any more and I'll pay the price for a week.

    Coast West '22 Imperial/ double ipa. Strong and fruity and lots of alcohol (10%) content. Sleeping pill or this, if you need to nap before the football game............ Tasty like any double ipa.
