    Tony, some gussets are 1 piece and some are multiple. The kit cutter (RcAiir) appears to be following what the plans show. A multi tool and I can flatten the round dowels in the gusset area. .........

    Some preliminary framing of the front of the fuse. Notched the steel to form the bend inward.

    Probably Titebond II or III, I'm not sure I like the Gorilla wood glue I'm using. And I almost never use CA glue.

    Looks somewhat like a Cub fuselage. All dry fitted, no gluing until i get the firewall fitted.

    There are many ways to balance servos, correct? Not counting the hitec servo balancer since yours are Savox but the Fromeco voltage balancer, in the (some) radio balancing capabilities, booma rc servo balancer, JR match box, etc. come to mind. There are more i think.

    Looking around on other builds I decided I did not like butt joining the cross members against the gussets. Why not lock the gussets over the crossmembers?

    An awesome engine for sure. 22 lb plane would be a foamy weight for a 120.
