    That's there is one of those removable counterbalances. Gonna have to break out the packing tape and thin CA. Oh and if you notice you can see the packing tape already holding the counterbalance on on the other side.

    If it says already a snug fit on the muffler then I would think just some high temp silicone and press it up on there and it would be enough to hold it.

    From what I have read most all cowls will do that if you don't use a glazing compound over it. Mostly just pin holes you will never be able to see with the naked eye but paint shows them well. But what do I know? I'm no painter just a silly sparky

    Looks great and as others said once you painted it you can barely tell where you have it cut open at the bottom.

    Just get a piece of tubing like dle sends with their engines to extend the exhaust.

    While I hate the cost and mess of nitro I don't think I will ever be without a piped 46-55ax engine. To me I guess on my 40 sized birds I'm just not going to get the flight time I like out of electric. Now for anything 60 size and up though it will get 20cc gas from now on.

    Razor plane takes a bit. Once you figure it out it becomes your go to tool for stuff like that.

    lol I got hacked I guess. To be exact when I say outside I really meen our steel bay which is basically outside but has a roof and two walls. No snow can get to where our blower units are.

    Yup we do they same thing at work. Well not air conditioners on them but all piped into to one central blower unit that sucks in fresh air from the outside.

    Yeah in person it echoes even more than you can hear in the video. I plan to fly back there a bunch more though as I can tell it will hone my reflexs quick. The flat spins towards the beginning was the tightest one I have ever done with that plane.

    Local guy to me has the SIG Ultimate profile bipes. It's a 40 size and he has a saito72 on it. Great power and that thing does wicked flat spins.
