Can mount help!

I mounted a Can in my Pilot extra and need to repeat this for @ChickenBalls Edge, only issue is that Pilot sends you the can mount but the silicone tubes are not included. The ones I used were from a can mount that came with my 89 Slick, Does any one know where I can buy these?
