Where do you get your Glacier Lipos? buddy RC or is there somewhere else? The pulse batteries are really nice, but the price is getting up there. I've been using the EZ Flite Pro packs from headsup rc. They work good for my missions, flight times seem a little shorter, but the price is right for me.
The Glacier came from Buddy RC. I actually bought the Pulse used. Both of those batteries were bought for a Goblin helicopter that I no longer have, but they fit in the T-Rex better than what I had been using. The Goblin had a very narrow tray and the Pulse and Glacier were about all I could find at the time in a 6S 5000mah that would fit. I bought the one Glacier to check the fit and when I got it and it slid right in, I went to buy another and they were out of stock. That's how I ended up with the used Pulse. There was nothing else out there at the time. I was very reluctant to buy a used LiPo, but I cycled it when I got it and the Internal Resistance checked better than any other pack I had.

We bought ours last year after leasing it for about 7 years. I think we have a little over 110 members. We have an East West fabric runway with plenty of grass on the side and a grass North South runway.

The grass was in bad shape in this picture, but it's nice now.

Wow that is one nice flying facility. 110 members that is not usual around my area, me have 11 members and at the end of last year it was 6.

I got the Carden back in the air for a quick test flight before going to Kansas tomorrow for some IMAC practice and also possibly lending the Carden to a friend who ran into some bad luck in Abilene at the last contest. I pulled the Futaba electronics out, they were the previous owners, put my JETI system in, and replaced the rudder hinges since the last time it flew. The rudder colors are a hint of things to come this winter :) It will also be getting a heart transplant. I have a brand new ZDZ 180 with JMB canisters sitting in my garage that is going in over the winter. Can you say "Hang on to your hats folks!!!"

Looking good if you are installing a ZDZ 180 what are you removing that makes the ZDZ that much better.

Thank you. Pulling a DA150 off the front. I love the power of my other 180 on my 3DHS 330LX and it is 3.5 lbs heavier than the Carden is.
A lot of people are saying good things about the ZDZ engines. Will a good winter project. If I am not mistaken the North American dealer just called it quites are am I mistaken.

Never had the chance to deal with Joe and Nicole but I had first had experience of what you called but heads, at JoeNall while buying a motor at from a dealer standing at the counter had several people come and complain about their motors and it was painful to listen to. They were the expert telling the supplier what was wrong but they could not get it to run and believed that after several years that he owed them a new motor. And on top of that it looked like the motor was dragged behind the car for a day.

Exactly the kind of people that they were dealing with. It is to bad that a few people will cause good companies to close their doors.
