That "shake" at upper idle rpms and "tunnel" porting pretty much "confirmed" suspicion lol. Can you try just a standard RcExcel ignition and a DA ignition on it to see if that nasty "shake" can be tamed a bit???
I liked the lightened con rod too lol. Thanks for posting.

Glad yours is running good, mine........well.......not so much:(. I hope you got the good one!!

Terry......What happened???

I don't think the shaking is from the motor or ign if you watch the vid and take note of the motor lifting. I need to instal bigger washers on the standoffs lol. It was flexing into the wood and lifting the motor

I did some looking and see that KCS had a raffle. The engine looked very promising and I see it being sold overseas for about 500.
I see also that the Manufactory wants the winners to be exclusive to a particular site. It looks as if the tolerances are very close to a beloved competitor.... Outside a bit different but inside very similar. Performance with the included pitts style muffler looked great. I also noticed that JMB is also involved. They must be doing the titanium work for KCS??? It would be nice if our engine forum would take notice by these manufactories but I want to personally thank @Bhughes for posting here and @Terryscustom I understand your reluctance to post information.

I don't think they want us to be exclusive to crying Giants. They just want us to post lots to hype it up is my understanding.

I was very impressed with the quality of everything except the head. I've seen better. And signs of jb weld type stuff filling in the exhaust on the head and the Pitts muffler. I'm not saying the head is crap. They went the extra mile to hide the imperfections. But they should find a new supplier of head or demand better castings jmho

I haven't figured out final testing yet more to come Sunday if it works out. But here's what I got today
24/9 cf falcon on Pitts stock 6900
25-8wide cf falcon on Pitts 6400
25/8wide cf falcon on hype can 6500
Not done with header length testing but 11.25 25/8wide cf falcon 6940 settled at 6840.
On Sunday I'm doing more testing since the gp and da both seem to like 11" on the hype pipe and smooth pipe. I'm going to go all the way from 10.5 inches to 12.5 again.

I got my kcs going on a redwing extra. Yours looks awesome. You run break in oil or just straight to your normal stuff?
