    It is a great flying plane. I'll fly it in wind that no way am I going to risk a built-up model. I managed to get through the 5'th maneuver in 2018 Sportsman successfully three times. Then, I got greedy. :msn_slap:

    The aileron is there but the hinges pulled out of the wing, no biggie. The fuselage is totalled a replacement is on the way.

    Just got my engine back from Tom at VVRC. Time to get busy on the little Yak. Plugged the holes in the firewall and the rudder is hinged.

    Forgive the double post. Got the hinge points drilled out of the rudder. Glued in hardwood dowels and drilled for new hinges. The rudder is ready for the new fuse.

    I had a deadstick last week. Totally my fault idle was too low for the weather. Didn't quite make the runway before gravity took over and tore out the landing gear. This is the first ARF I've actually been able to purchase a replacement fuselage for so that's what I did. I'll take my time to...
