    Hey @49dimes, what CF landing gear are you going to use and where did you find it? I agree the wire gear on the QQ Extra is kind of flimsy.

    It's been cloudy and rainy here for the last week. I made it out this morning for some practice before the ceiling and the temperature dropped. Last Thursday was so bad I offered a "sacrifice" to the Balsa gods for better weather. :devil-dance:

    I took My new G-Force pilot out for a ride this morning. It was pretty windy and no one else was there so we flew one practice round and packed up to go get fuel for the rest of the week.

    Warbirds over Pueblo yesterday. Pretty laid back day. I flew my Carbon-Z T-28. This is how warbirds guys fly. 5 guys on the flightline. 1 plane in the air. :laughing:

    During the fourth round of practice I started to notice it was getting darker. So I finished the round and we started passing around the welding helmet to watch.
