    Viton really is the way to go for the clunk line inside the tank. This is after 3 years, and you can see it is still flexible, like new. The yellow Tygon external lines get replaced every Winter because they are stiff.

    I just flew a friends' new AJ Laser with a DA-35, and I loved it. The DA-35 runs perfectly, and we did not even have to touch the needles.

    I am one of those anal types that tries to get it perfectly done within the DX-18 and its' multi point matching curves. But it takes about 2 hours per surface and if a servo fails, you start all over due to the spline location, etc. This looks like a really nice solution, and with a 100 point...

    Do you have access to dial indicators and other precision measuring tools? I would think the pistons should be closer than a few grams. I use a reloading scale and it has much finer resolution than that. In any case good luck and please post pics.

    I helped a friend maiden his 73 with a DA 35 yesterday. I loved it! The DA-35 ran great out of the box and the AJL is a great plane. It has the highest roll rate of almost anything and almost lands itself. I give it a full 10 out of 10.

    I have been using the new ones in my new 104 EF Extra and they fit and work great. Also, the M3 flat, socket head screws and jet nuts that come with the big Savox servos are perfect for use with the arms as well!
