With soccer season winding down for the next couple months I have some time to get going on this project again. Started working on gear doors yesterday. Slow going!

    Rotoflow tanks...bunky or bullet proof?

Need to use Viton on the clunk line, no swelling or cracking, you won't ever have to replace it again.

    Rotoflow tanks...bunky or bullet proof?

I keep asking the same thing. So far so good knock on wood! I only use a 2 line system with a "T" in the pickup line for fueling and de-fueling.

Skip Stewart's P3 Revolution, 60cc, Horizon Hobby, NEW!

That sucks to hear, sounds like H9 quality has really slid lately. My buddy recently got the 60cc H9 Mustang and I got the 60cc H9 Corsair and we are both disappointed in them as well. Lots of quality control issues.

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

I would REALLY like to see a video of that! If I tried that I'd end up with a wrinkled up mis-shrunken mess forever melted to my iron..

The 'What did you do in your workshop tonight?' thread

Not a fan of going back to standard time... Wish we were just DST all the time.. I don't care if it's dark when I'm at work in the morning but in the evening on my time I want the daylight!

    3D Big Ailerons

I've always wanted to try a ZDZ, couple of guys have had them at our field with varying success. When they ran they were really impressive, crazy amounts of power.

Thoughts on MKS HV777 and Savox SV-1270TG

Sometimes I get them from chief when they have their 5% off sale going. I've also ordered from Mike Williams @ www.ibcinyourc.com, you might ask him for a quote.

Thoughts on MKS HV777 and Savox SV-1270TG

Yeah it was really hard for me to try something other than JR servos. I know they are going to center perfectly, move with each trim step (another area I'm a stickler on) and the service is the best there is. But @ $125 street price for the 8911HV's with a plastic top case and the weak gear...

Thoughts on MKS HV777 and Savox SV-1270TG

I was really impressed with the gear train on the 777's out of the box. Compared to say the Hitec Ti gears which feel all gritty when moved hand, the MKS gears are some of the smoothest you will ever feel. They aren't any louder than any JR servo I've used, in fact they might be the quietest...

I have a few MKS 777's and so far they have been great!
