Rant......Pre assembled fuel tanks.
If it fails, and it fails in a way that can bring the plane down and the manufacturer won't return emails then he's fair game in my book. He could have taken care of the issue and my post would have been to his favor or a warning but when you handle your business the way he is then I'm going to...- camss69

Rant......Pre assembled fuel tanks.
I had a Fortitude tank, lasted about 20 flights and cracked between the fueling fitting and the breather fitting. I emailed fortitude several times and no reply. Soo in the trash it went and replaced by a PSP cap and Fiji bottle. So far no leaks (knock on wood) and that will be the way I go...- camss69

It looks good and I'm sure it will fly well. I doubt you will see much if any difference moving the fuel tank and batteries back to the wing tube. My batts are as close to the wing tube as possible. I used a piece of the fuzzy size Velcro stuck to the wing tube to keep it from rubbing on the...- camss69

That's too bad about the Fortitude tanks, I like the design and with just a few modifications to it would they be great. The lack of response to email means I won't be doing business with them anymore and I doubt they will be around much longer. After doing the PSP/Fiji tank though I think...- camss69
