I found it, it's "High Resolution" (default) or "Normal Resolution". High is 120* throw vs Normal is 180*. You need a programmer to change it from default High Resolution to "Normal".- camss69

If I remember right they are programmed for high resolution (not sure that's the proper term) out of the box. On those servos it reduces the throw. If you set them for lower resolution the throw is normal? I'll have to go look up the actual terms...- camss69

Too late!! I figured that was why they make the JR DMSS transmitter case so it holds two radios... Because they know you're gonna need a BnF cheapie to go with your JR TX.- camss69

I've been wondering why there are so many DX9's, 7's and 6's for sale? The new ones too (the black versions) that haven't really been out that long? I'm in the market for a transmitter to do the bind and fly stuff. I've used JR from the beginning except my very first radio was a Futaba 4...- camss69

Post your servo, receiver, and battery setups
On my current 100cc plane... Could be done with a 9 channel RX too unless you want to run dual rudder servos. Going to be a kids soccer weekend this weekend... But I took a look at how the retracts are going to fit. There isn't much room for error, the wheel just fits through the opening even though it looks plenty wide enough. I'm not sure just yet if the rails are going to need to be modified... Radio brownout - Lost another pair of underwear (and confidence in the plane)
I would put in the power safe RX and send the other RX into Horizon explaining what happened. They will check it out for free, more than likely you will only have to pay to ship it to them. Usually they don't even charge return shipping. I would also send the smart-fly in and have it checked...- camss69

Were the lights flashing on the satellites/receiver or on steady after you landed? Do you have a flight log checker to check the receiver? Have you flown other planes with your DX9 with no issues? Which smartfly device are you using? The smart fly is where I would start it's a single point...- camss69

Hangar 9 60cc Corsair Build
Second 1268 servo came in yesterday and I installed it tonight. No surprises except the two sides lined up exactly. The servo arms match so I didn't have to put in any subtrim, the throws match with no endpoint adjust.. That's nice! Pics look just like the pics I posted above of the other...- camss69
