Does Graphtech custom make carbon tubes? The last Aluminum tube I replaced with a carbon I had to put a thin layer of epoxy on it and let it turn on my rod dryer. Cool trick in case you need a tighter fit. The rod dryer rotates at 5-9 rpm and leaves an even coat of finish on.

From my phone call with Cyndi at Graphtech it sounds like the buy them, or have them made by someone else.
If I need a tighter fit on a wing tube I use clear package tape.
