Advice/Opinion on an engine

The Trueworthy M12 35% was a prety big airframe. I was a shade late on getting one with a DA 150 in it. It was over 30#, but needed a little weight up front. But they flew great!

I would opt for the bigger engine, but not over 150cc.

After much ado I have taken some of the advice on here as well as the opinion of Tim from Northwest and decided to give the GP 123 a shot.

No doubt the 123 will fly 30+ pounds. Just my .02$ is that they are better suited to a very aggressive flying style like the DA 120 is.
Both these engines are very similar on how they fly a plane and the prop that gets it done. So if "accelerated bad ass" is what you want on the nose good choice. Me thinks you wantin up high torque rolls with smoke on and secretively exit behind the smoke.
