Maybe, maybe not.... but if not I hope they throw the book at him ($27000 fine), and make an example for the media to fester on .

How sure of that are you????? Make sure you "know" before you answer.................a lot of misinformation is getting flung around about this issue.

Most of the Drone for, Camera toting drone people around here do not even have ama p, are they law abiding citizens, How do you think they are going to catch these characters No one. has any record of you Tyne are How many Faa people are going to be hired to police this.

He may have broke some local ordinances but FAA isn't law until 19 Feb when registration is mandatory. Of course he's gonna need a $$$ lawyer to help him.
