    I had seen the Mustang before, and posted in one of the threads here, but that was a few years ago.

    more work done, all ribs and formers done, with weight reduction, probably 10 lbs, and more work done on cad as well

    The Tiger cat doesn't have exterior control pusrods and its impossible for me to use the same method as I did for the Dalotel, I decided to try something like this with bevel gears, once pleased with the design, I have already started printing parts to assemble a proof of concept , then if all goes well, will make the real thing

    The aileron will have rotating shaft as in this picture held by ball bearings , the servo wing rib will be reinforced it should work quite well but good or bad , I will not hide behind my keyboard :):):)

    Thanks, it is a good system but for smaller models where there is less stress, remember this airplane is very large as compare to what this system was intended for, Now I wish I would have made this airplane smaller LOL

    So for now I reverted back to this more standard system, the bevel gear system would work but much mods would have to be made
