I've always wanted my Savox servos to work with a native 8.2 V.
Question, if I'm using a 2 cell 5000 mAh batteries how mAh can I use with a 3 cell i.e. Can I now use 3000 and still get the same # of flights ?

I think Kurt is still looking for feedback on some of the guinea pigs, I mean test pilots, haha, about that. Kurt thinks with the 3 cells and the efficiency of the switching regulators that the run-time should be good.

No cooling fans I'm a NACA ducts fan.
If I'll see that the regs will need an extra cooling then ill cut them and install them in the fuse.

I liked to do some custom NACA ducts on the top of my cowl. I'll have to look around and see where I can get some made up, or 3D printed up, or something.

You've got tons of manufactures in the US.
Easy task.
Worst case you can always make them your self.

On the Krill website they have a picture of one flying with a mvvs 152. Wish I could find some video of that.

The 152 on pipes is a very strong engine so it won't surprise me to see one.

Finally installing the engine.
Couldn't find a ladder so why not use the cabin door.
Only four holes and what a big mess. It was easier to install the pull pull rudder.
My 5 years old kid got me the stuff and helped me too so the credit also his.

The stand offs are made from hard ply my dad got me from his carpentry you'll need with the 175 an inch of it.
The reason I'm not using the regular torrent stand off are to reduce weight and vibs.
It's much more rigid and stable and can absorb the vibs.
The whole 3 weigh less then 4 oz.
Tomorrow it's the cans turn.
