Hopefully the covering will be done by tomorrow. Then some assembly. Have wait for some parts through the mail and my daughter will Bring the rest at Christmas for me .

How did you colour match the paint to the Ultracote.

How did you colour match the paint to the Ultracote.

Whom said I did? I have the paints left over from doing Jeff's build, gonna use it, match or not...
I just got back from getting the covering, driving wears me out so we'll see how it goes.

This time it's a hit. I turned the heat down a tad and most importantly, stayed away from the seam. On to the other side.

And the other side is on along with the rudder being glued in. Still have the ailerons and struts to cover, yea, I forgot about them until I was cleaning up.

The bottom ailerons are done. Will probably work on the tail wires for the rest of the day and start fresh on the painting tomorrow.

Had a look at the EMHW Pitts form Germany. Looks like a nice plane they make 2.43 meter one that looks good the spec say 120cc and up, would a DA150 be ok. Is this the one you meant.

That looks like quite the project have you ever seen one done and flown, if you have what are your thoughts.

@acerc have you looked at the pilot 60cc pits looks exactly the same as 120 size. What do think I know it is just a bunch of pictures. Seems he is doing a lot of development work but 120 has not even arrived in the USA
