Started and abandoned. I bought the laser cut kit and never started. It is a DA85 size design. His build is/was 75% complete.

I understand it, it is not easy to design, cut a kit and build the plane. It takes a lot of effort and after all that you are not sure if it is going to fly well if at all. It can make for an expensive wall ornament.

Second wing sheeted and now it just needs to cure and final sanding done to the wing and the ends finished . Both wings will be put away and the fuselage will be next.

Have to turn this mess of parts into a fuselage, hopefully I can remember what goes where.

It has been nothing but raining and it is still raining. So decided to add leading edges to the wings. Needed some 3/4 square by 60 inch long. Did not have that in stock. So to try and make some leading edges from some of the felt overs from the wing sheeting. Cut strips at various widths and then laminate them together in a vacuum bag. then glued them to the wing. It worked out great will do this again, easy to do and looks good.

Great idea! Might use that in the future. Same here, rain, rain,rain, a week ago Saturday was opening day for the grandson's Little League, they managed to play only one game in the past 10 days between both of them! Maybe they will get to play tonight?
