Thank you all, I was able to do it this way!! I can hang two bags. These are holes drilled and tapped 5 mm, and red loc-tite.
Even better, all of these hooks/latches were in my possession, so I did not have to go anywhere to get anything!

This is pretty ironic to see the hanging wing bags as I was trying to figure something out the other night on how to hang the bags in my 6x12 v-nose that I am building a cabinet in the front of. Thanks for the ideas everyone!
 
Made a tail wheel support tonight. Cost about $10 at lowes. Hinges comes in a 2 pack and just used bar stock aluminum. Definitely saves the tail wheel.

Finally done building drawers!!! lol

Yes I know the Grain is going the wrong direction but for one, it is plywood so grain Directionality is not as important. Two, it is going to be painted not stained. And 3, I only have just so much good plywood to use and the rest is for the cabinet doors! lol
