I know it's Wikipedia, but theoretically I think it is correct to say I'm recycling the energy from the sun into a usable form of electricity..
Luckily I have a friend who has a friend who is getting me a deep cycle 36ah pack that can only be used in a defibrillator for a few months before it needs to be replaced! I wish the prices on those was a bit lower, then I'd stock up!
Technically it's not really "recycling" as much as converting wasted energy into something more useful. I know you don't have to do this where you live, but here in the North we use the heater in our cars. That's a perfect example of that: We take the some of the energy wasted as heat by the engine and use it to heat up fresh air that makes the inside of the car warm and toasty. That's really all "energy recycling" is.
And as Steve points out, all energy is really recycled solar energy. (With the exception of nuclear energy, which arguably is energy recycled from the Big Bang...)
Put "Powered by Quantum Mechanics"! That should cover most forms of energy currently known to man.
We call it recycling too.http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_recycling

I need a sticker that says that
We call it recycling too.
I have 2 large solar cells on my Motor Home. Joe uses them to charge his 6 deep cycles to charge his lipos. So essentially we are recycling the panels to a different use. LOL
