Went out tonight and had some of the most beautiful weather we have had this year! Just installed White Rose Engineering, http://whiteroseeng.com tires on the Edge and had to see how they worked and looked. I have to say that they look AWESOME and perform like no other wheel I have ever had! I have had their tail wheel assy on the plane since it has been in the air and love it also. Well made and looks good too!

Had a visitor that wanted a ride until I fired it up.

It is a blast! I have a 3W-150 TOC in it on cans and it swings the 32x10 Mej at 5800 on the ground! I have unlimited vertical and will hover at about 1/4 throttle. I am trying some IMAC stuff with it and the more I get the plane tweaked as far as balance and thrust lines go, the better it flies. I thought it flew pretty good, but was always doing some sort of correction, but it will fly pretty much hands free now. Just have to add a little more right thrust and all will be good in the world :)

That's awesome! The 150cc size would have been my choice, except I had my SD 260 with my 157CS up front and was gearing up to get this Sukhoi. But the 87" flies pretty crisp and just like it's big brother, (Yours) it is unlimited vertical and hover just under 1/4 throttle on the DLE 55 and canister. I really don't think there is anything it "won't" do. Although it is just about the sexiest plane on the ground, I really do not like the color in the sky when you get it out there a bit. Purple turns to black and black...well, just a dot. Guess I will just keep it close huh? LOL

Hey guess what?

I'm going flying!

Put new wheel pants on my DW Juka, hope they made some kind of difference going from nearly 1.5oz down to only 10g.
