I have decided to build my self a test plane for radio equipments. I have my fair share of "O" boy should not have done that. But also what the H*** happen and standing there like an idiot. Get the plane and it all seems good. Send the suff back to have it checked and it comes back nothing wrong. But you scared to use it. So now I am building test plane from trash and left overs, it looks bad but will do the job. When it is built the first thing that will,be be tested is a reciever. Fly the hell out of it for a day if ok will be used for the next project.

Picked up my first ever Falcon cf prop from the post office today compliments of @Terryscustom can't wait to see how it does on the big sukhoi.

Also picked up my foamie from value hobbies. It's the Giles G202. Flew one a few weeks ago and loved it so I decided I had to have one. $25 for the airframe is kinda hard to beat.

Finished up repairing the landing gear on my 3DHS 41" Edge....AGAIN! I swear that thing has glass landing gear. Other than the gear, I love that plane. Flys awesome! Also installed a new elevator servo on my Flyzone Switch. It failed on me the last time I had it at the field. Luckily I was able to get it back on the ground in one piece.

Tonight I started cannibalizing parts from my Carf Extra to use on my scratch build project and for some upgrades for my Pilot Edge. I'm planning to move the GP61 from the Carf to the Edge to replace the well used DA50. That will be a MAJOR power upgrade!

The last time I flew the Carf it died at over half throttle resulting in a bean field landing and some damage to the gear and wheel pants. When I pulled the engine off the Carf tonight the cause was obvious.

The fuel pump cover was about to fall off.

Never seen that, first for me but one thing the fix is easy and pretty straight forward.

Ummm.....ya mean they ain't s'pose ta look like that? Isn't that how the air goes through the carb to mix with the gas?
