Terry, sorry if I missed it, where did you get your bonded washers from to mount the stabs? Also, what length screw did you use?

Screws are included in the kit in the little bag marked "stabs" and bonded washers are from RTL fasteners or McMaster Carr.

Right on the site it tells you which washer goes with which size screw: http://www.rtlfasteners.com/RC/bw.html
#6 goes with 6-32 screws.

Thanks for the videos. Alot of great tips and tricks! I really like the laser pointer idea, had never thought of that. I have always had a hard time figuring out where exactly to locate the hole, the laser is perfect!

After watching this video it's now obvious to me how Terry can get so much done. The beginning and end of the video is Terry working in his normal speed. In the middle he slows down to the same speed as us mortals.
