Been buying a lot of stuff for the plane. The servos arrive and on tariff on them and a bunch of parts for the flaps. Right now the flap parts are holding me up so I believe I will start the left wing and get it to same stage of completion.

What is your tariff rate and has it changed? Wasn't it 13% before?

Anything I buy from the USA I get charged 13%. The funny thing it is never known when it will be applied, it’s hit and miss. But once it starts getting close to $100 dollars it is always applied.
At present everything I have recently received in the past month no extra tariffs have been applied.

one side of the wing is covered it all went well and the trailing is nice and straight. Just have to fit and make the flap/air brake work. Important part for this plane with a Kolm in the nose. The air brake will be 7 by 14 inches It will need a big powerful servo.

Got all the hinges made for the flap/ air brakes making small things like this difficult to hang onto and cut the part. That took a full day to get it all done. It is all made from 1/16“ G10 plate, difficult to cut and grind and not let it burn.

The hinge supports are installed and the Air brake is cut and fitted into the wing. Well that is the bottom done. Will do the final air brake install after the top of the wing is done.
